      Varieties of Exercises Using Yoga and Pilates Workout Stick

      Instead of The Barbell

      1. Step on the handgrip in a standing position and hold the bar like you are holding a barbell
      2. Bend knee at the most comfortable position.
      3. Extend the bar behind your back over your head and bring down at your shoulder height. Do not overstretch.
      4. Make sure the angle of your leg is the same at where you begin.
      5. Repeat according to your capacity.

      Instead of Tension Rope

      1. Sit on the floor and step on the bar, holding the handgrip firmly.
      2. Take the expander handles and lie on your back.
      3. Lift your upper body and at the same time pulling the band to yourself, to your shoulder height.
